How to Set up Webhooks in Moxie CRM?

Moxie CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that streamlines and enhances customer interactions. It offers robust features for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines, providing businesses with the tools they need to optimize customer engagement.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Moxie CRM to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Moxie CRM

1. Login to the Moxie dashboard

2. Now navigate to “Workspace Settings” at the bottom of the screen, and then click on “Connected Apps” in the opened menu.

3. Now on the “Connected apps” page, click on ‘Integrations’.

4. Click on the “Enable Custom Integration” button.

5. Click on “Add REST hook”.

6. Now, inside the “Add New REST Hook” popup, select the “Event type” based on your trigger. For example, if you are adding a webhook for the “Client Created” trigger, then choose the “Client created” event type.

7. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the “Endpoint” designated field.

8. Click on Save.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Moxie CRM account.
