In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Drift to receive notifications on a webhook URL.
Setting Up Webhook in Drift
1. Login to your Drift Dashboard.
2. On the Sidebar, click on the “Switch apps” option.
3. Then Click on “Developer Platform”.
4. Inside the Developer platform page, Click on “Create New App”.
5. Click on ‘Webhooks’.
6. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout, paste it under the “Request URL” field, and Click on the “Send Test Payload” button.
7. Click on Save.
8. Now select the event “contact_identified” from “Add Event” dropdown.
That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Drift account.
Connect Drift with Other Apps
