Setting Up Webhook in Drift

1. Login to your Drift Dashboard.

2. On the Sidebar, click on the “Switch apps” option.

On the Side bar, click on the "Switch apps" option.

3. Then Click on “Developer Platform”.

Then Click on "Developer Platform".

4. Inside the Developer platform page, Click on “Create New App”.

5. Click on ‘Webhooks’.

Click on 'Webhooks'.

6. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout, paste it under the “Request URL” field, and Click on the “Send Test Payload” button.

8. Now select the event “contact_identified” from “Add Event” dropdown.
