How to Set Up Webhook in Customer.io?

Customer.io is marketing software for sending automated and targeted emails, push notifications, and SMS to lower churn, and create a stronger relationship.

One of the ways to integrate Customer.io with other apps and services is via Webhooks.

And in this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Customer.io to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Customer.io

To configure the webhook URL, simply follow these steps:

  • 1. Log in to your customer.io account.
  • 2. Choose Integrations from the left panel.

  • 4. Click on Add reporting webhook.

  • 5. Copy the webhook URL & paste it under the Webhook Endpoint field.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Customer.io account.
