In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Whereby to receive notifications on a webhook URL.
Setting Up Webhook in Whereby
1. Login to your Whereby account.
2. Click on ‘Configure’ in your side menu.
3. Scroll down, go to the webhook section, copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout, and paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field.
4. Click on Next.
5. Now select the event as per your trigger. For example if your setting up webhook for “Client Joined” trigger then you need to select “When a client joins a room room.client.joined” event.
6. Click on Add
That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Whereby account.
