How To Set Up Webhook in Wix Forms?

Wix Forms provides a user-friendly interface for designing forms with customizable fields, layouts, and styling options. These forms can be used for various purposes such as collecting customer inquiries, processing orders, gathering feedback, and more.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Wix Forms to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Wix Forms

1. Go to manage.wix.com

2. Click on ‘Automations’.

3. Click ‘+ New Automation’ or select an existing automation to edit.

4. Click on ‘+Start from Scratch’.

5. Provide the name of your automation.

6. Select the ‘Wix Forms’ option from the ‘Choose an app and trigger’ field.

7. You can select the ‘Form submitted’ option or a specific form.

8. Choose ‘Send via webhook’ as your automation’s follow-up action.

9. Copy the webhook URL from the flyout & paste it under the ‘Target URL’ field.

10. Choose whether the webhook should send all available data to the URL or only certain data.

11. Click on Activate.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Wix Forms account.
