How To Set Up Webhook in Chatra?

Chatra is a live chat and messaging tool designed to help businesses engage with website visitors in real-time and provide customer support. It offers features such as live chat, chatbots, customizable chat widgets, visitor tracking, and integration with other communication channels.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Chatra to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Chatra

1. Go to app.chatra.io.

2. Click on Settings.

3. Click on Integrations.

4. Click on Webhooks.

5. For Trigger New Conversion (Chat Started) – Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the chatStarted field.

6. For Trigger New Finished Conversion (Chat Transcript) – Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the chatTranscript field.

7. Check Enable integration.

8. Click on Save.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Chatra account.

Connect Chatra with Other Apps
