How to Set up Webhooks in MimePost?

MimePost is a comprehensive email delivery platform offering services for sending transactional and marketing emails with features such as tracking, analytics, and enhanced deliverability. It provides businesses with a reliable solution to manage and optimize their email communication strategies.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in MimePost to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

1. Login to your MimePost account.

2. Navigate to Integration > Webhooks.

3. Click on “Add Webhook”.

Click on "Add Webhook".

4. Now, select the Event Type according to your trigger. For example, if you are setting up a webhook for the “Email Delivered” trigger, then you need to select the ‘Delivered’ event type.

5. Make sure that the Webhooks Status is set to ‘Active’.

6. Provide a description for your webhook if required.

7. Copy the Webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it under the “Post To URL” field.

8. To receive a test response on the trigger flyout, click on “Test Webhook”.

9. Click on “Add Webhook” to save the webhook.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your MimePost account.
