How to Set up Webhook in JivoChat?

JivoChat is a popular live chat software and customer support platform that allows businesses to engage with website visitors and customers in real time. 

It offers features like live chat, chatbots, email, and social media integration, making it a versatile tool for providing customer support and boosting online sales and conversions.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in JivoChat to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in JivoChat

To configure the webhook URL, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your JivoChat account.

2. Click Manage > Channels > Settings.

3. Click on Integration Settings for Developers​.

4. Switch ON the Enable Webhooks option. Copy the Webhooks URL & paste it under the Webhooks Endpoint URL field.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your JivoChat account.
