How to Set up Webhooks in VNTANA

VNTANA offers an intuitive platform for businesses to create and deploy augmented reality experiences. The platform enables integrations between the virtual object and the real world, enhancing customer engagement and providing an immersive brand experience.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in VNTANA to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in VNTANA

  1. Log in to your VNTANA account.
  1. Click the “Settings” button at the bottom of the left navigation pane.
  1. Click on ‘Webhooks’.
  1. Enter the webhook name.
  1. Copy the Webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it inside the ‘URL’ field.
  1. You can provide a description for your webhook and also dedicate a workspace for the webhook. Note: If no workspace is selected, the webhook will subscribe to events across the entire organization.
  1. Click on the “+ Select Events” button.
  1. Now choose the events according to your trigger. This means if you are setting the webhook for the “Showroom Events” trigger, you can choose either one event from the ‘Showroom’ events or all events from it.
  1. Click on ‘Save’.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your VNTANA account.

Connect VNTANA with Other Apps

If you want to connect VNTANA with other apps that you use to automate processes, you must check out SureTriggers!

VNTANA Integration can help you automate processes like:

  • When a new workspace is created in VNTANA, create a dedicated group in BuddyBoss.
  • Whenever a project is updated in VNTANA, send a notification in the Slack channel.

These are just some random examples of automation. SureTriggers can do a lot more!
