How to Set up Webhooks in Userback

Userback is a versatile feedback and bug-reporting tool designed to streamline the collection of user insights. It allows teams to gather visual feedback directly on their website or app, enhancing collaboration and speeding up issue resolution. With Userback, businesses can improve their products by leveraging real-time user feedback and visual annotations.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Userback to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Userback

  1. Login to your Userback account.
  1. Click on the project where you want to set up the webhook.
  1. Now, click on the ‘Connect’ button under the ‘Integrations’ section.
  1. Scroll down on the page and click on the ‘Connect’ button in the ‘Webhooks’ section.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the ‘Webhook URL’ field.
  1. Now, check the events from the ‘Webhook Events’ section according to your requirement. You can select one event or multiple events here.
  1. Click on the ‘Complete Setup’ button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Userback account.
