How to Set up Webhooks in Uptime

Uptime.com delivers a value-driven, comprehensive uptime monitoring platform that emphasizes speed, reliability, and efficiency ensuring you can quickly identify, communicate and resolve outages with minimal downtime.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Uptime to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Uptime

  1. Login to your Uptime account.
  1. On the sidebar, click on Notifications > Integrations.
  1. Click on the “Add Integration Profile” button.
  1. Select “Custom Postback URL (Webhook)” as the provider type.
  1. Enter a name for the webhook.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the ‘URL’ field.
  1. Click on ‘Save’.
  1. After saving successfully, click the “Start Test” button to send a trial response to the webhook.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Uptime account.
