How to Set up Webhooks in TuCalendi

TuCalendi is an online scheduling tool for meetings. TuCalendi makes scheduling easier and smarter than ever for you. TuCalendi is your personal online assistant who works for you around the clock to handle your meetings and appointments. It is simple, smart & user-friendly.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in TuCalendi to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in TuCalendi

Go to the “Flows” menu and click on the “Workflows (after booking)” option.

Click “Edit” on the workflow you wish to modify, i.e., the one where you want to set up a webhook.

Now you need to add an action to the trigger as per your requirement. For example, if you want to set up a webhook for the “Booking Created” trigger, click on “Add new action” on the “A booking has successfully made” card. By default, there are three cards present on the page for three different triggers. For the other three triggers, you need to click on the “Add New Trigger” button located at the upper side and then select the trigger from the dropdown as per your choice.

Then, from the drop-down menu, select “Send webhook” as the action.

Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it inside the “Webhook URL” field.

Then click on the “Add” button and select the webhook action, in this case, it is “booking.created”.

Click on the ‘Add’ button to add the webhook.

When you have finished modifying the workflow or at each step you go through click “Save” to make the change in the workflow operational.
