How to Set up Webhooks in Track-POD

Track-POD is a delivery software featuring an electronic proof of delivery app, solution for efficient performance monitoring and delivery confirmation. This unique paperless delivery system also works as a route planning software for arranging multiple deliveries with ease.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Track-POD to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Track-POD

Go to your Track-POD account settings.

Then, click on ‘Integrations’.

Click on the “Webhook” tab.

Click on the “+ Add Webhook” button.

Copy the above webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field.

Now select an event from the “Events to Send” dropdown according to your trigger. For example, if you are setting up a webhook for the “Order Created” trigger, you need to select the “Order created” event.

Click on the ‘Save’ button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Track-POD account.
