How to Set Up Webhooks in ThriveDesk?

​ThriveDesk is a helpdesk solution that utilizes live chat, email, contact form, and other communication tools to streamline customer support operations.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in ThriveDesk to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in ThriveDesk

To configure the webhook URL, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ThriveDesk Account. Navigate to App Store > Webhooks.

2. Click on the Install Now button.

3. Copy the Webhook URL & paste it under the Callback URL field.

4. Mark the desired events from the Events list.

5. Select the Inboxes and click Save.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your ThriveDesk account.

Connect ThriveDesk with Other Apps
