How to Set up Webhooks in SendPulse?

SendPulse is a versatile marketing platform that offers email, SMS, and web push notifications to help businesses engage with their audience effectively. With features like drag-and-drop email editor, automation, and A/B testing, SendPulse empowers marketers to create targeted campaigns and enhance customer communication.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in SendPulse to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in SendPulse

1. Log in to SendPulse.

2. Click on your profile icon and go to Account Settings.

3. Click on ‘API’.

4. Navigate to “Email Service Webhooks” and click on “Create a Webhook.”

5. Now, inside the “Add Webhook for email service” popup, select the event according to your trigger. For example, if you’re adding a webhook for the “Hard Bounce Received” trigger, then select the event as “Hard bounces”.

6. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the URL field.

7. Click on ‘Add’.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your SendPulse account.
