How to Set up Webhooks in RegFox

RegFox is a powerful event registration platform designed for conferences, corporate events, and nonprofits. It offers customizable registration pages, seamless attendee management, and advanced features like conditional logic for workflows and pricing, on-site check-in apps with QR code scanning, and data-driven analytics. RegFox emphasizes branding flexibility and ease of use, enabling event organizers to create professional, fully branded event pages without coding expertise.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in RegFox to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in RegFox

1. Login to your RegFox account.

2. Click on Extras in the top navbar, then select Integrations.

3. Navigate to Integrations and click Add Integration.

4. Choose Webhook.

5. Enter a name for your webhook, then copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field. Then click Save & Continue.

6. You will see a success toast and a popup ,then it will redirect you to the Webhook Settings page.

7. Next, you will need to toggle the status to on, it will activate the webhook. Also Checkmark the event which you want to set a webhook for.

8. Click Save and your webhook will be updated.

9. Once your webhook is updated, you can test it by using the ‘Send a test‘ dropdown at the bottom and selecting an option.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your RegFox account.
