Recurly is a leading subscription management platform that empowers businesses to optimize their recurring revenue streams. With robust billing solutions, advanced analytics, and seamless integrations, Recurly helps you manage subscriptions, reduce churn, and drive growth. Whether you’re a startup or a global enterprise, Recurly provides the tools and insights needed to streamline operations and maximize your subscription potential.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Recurly to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Recurly

  1. Login to your Recurly dashboard.
  1. Go to Integrations > Webhooks.
  1. Click on the “Manage Endpoints” button.
  1. Then click on “Configure a new endpoint →” link.
  1. Now provide a name for your endpoint.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field.
  1. Select the format as ‘JSON’.
  1. Now, select notifications based on your trigger. For example, if you want to set up a webhook for the “Account Notifications” trigger, you can select one or more notifications under the Account section.
  1. Click on the “Save Changes” button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Recurly account.
