How to Set up Webhooks in Parsio

Parsio is an advanced data extraction tool designed to automate the collection of structured information from various document formats, including PDFs, emails, and scanned images. It leverages AI to accurately recognize and extract relevant data fields, streamlining workflows and reducing manual entry errors. Ideal for businesses looking to enhance productivity, Parsio integrates seamlessly with other software systems to ensure smooth data transfer and management.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Parsio to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Parsio

  1. Login to your Parsio account.
  1. Click on the existing mailbox or create a new mailbox where you wish to set up the webhook for your trigger.
  1. Now, in the sidebar menu, click on the ‘Integrations’ tab.
  1. Click on ‘Webhooks’.
  1. Within the opened pop-up, click on ‘Create a webhook’.
  1. Enter the name for your webhook, or leave the default name as it is.
  1. Now, select the webhook trigger according to your requirements. For example, if you’re setting up a webhook for ‘Document Parsed (Nested Tables)’, then you should select the ‘Document parsed (nested tables)’ webhook trigger here.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the ‘Destination URL’ field.
  1. Click on the “Create webhook” button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Parsio account.

Connect Parsio with Other Apps

If you want to connect Parsio with other apps that you use to automate processes, you must check out SureTriggers!

Parsio Integration can help you automate processes like:

  • Create Google Sheets rows for newly parsed documents in Parsio.
  • Send Slack channel messages for newly parsed Parsio documents.

These are just some random examples of automation. SureTriggers can do a lot more!
