In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Outgrow to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Outgrow

1. Login to your outgrow account.

2. Click on the profile icon at the top right corner, and from the dropdown, select the “Billing & Settings” option.

3. On the side menu bar, click on “Global Webhook”.

4. Provide a name for your webhook.

5. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the “Webhook URL” field.

6. Ensure to toggle on the switch for “Leads” from the “Events to Send” section.

7. Click the “Send Test JSON & Save” button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Outgrow account.
