How to Set up Webhooks in KanbanFlow

KanbanFlow is a Lean project management tool for you and your team. Its intuitive user interface will get you up and running in a few minutes. It has a built-in task timer with support for the Pomodoro technique.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in KanbanFlow to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in KanbanFlow

  1. Login to your KanbanFlow account.
  1. Now click on the sandwich menu in the upper right corner and select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown that appears.
  1. Click on “API & Webhooks”.
  1. Click on the “+ Add webhook” button.
  1. Provide a name for your webhook.
  1. Now copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the “Callback URL” field.
  1. Now select an event from the “Events that should trigger this webhook” section according to your trigger. For example, if you are setting up a webhook for the “New Task” trigger, then you need to select the “Task created” event here.
  1. Click on the ‘Add’ button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your KanbanFlow account.

Connect KanbanFlow with Other Apps

If you want to connect KanbanFlow with other apps that you use to automate processes, you must check out SureTriggers!

KanbanFlow Integration can help you automate processes like:

  • Create KanbanFlow tasks from new Google Forms responses.
  • Send Slack messages when new KanbanFlow tasks are created.

These are just some random examples of automation. SureTriggers can do a lot more!
