How to Set up Webhooks in Instapage

Instapage is a powerful landing page builder that empowers businesses to create high-converting, visually stunning pages that drive results. With Instapage, you can easily design and deploy professional-looking landing pages, sales pages, and other web pages that capture leads, boost conversions, and grow your online presence.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Instapage to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Instapage

  1. Log in to your instapage account.
  1. Then click and expand the profile dropdown menu in the upper left corner, and inside the opened dropdown menu, select the “Workspace settings” option.
  1. Now, on the sidebar, click on “Integrations”.
  1. Scroll down the page and click on “Webhook”.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it inside the URL field.
  1. Click on the ‘Connect’ button.
  1. Now go back to the dashboard page by clicking on the back button.
  1. Then from the left corner, navigate to your Landing Page.
  1. While in the Landing Pages list, click on the name of the desired page. One important note: before doing this, if your landing page does not contain any form, please add a form to your landing page and then proceed with the further steps. To add a form, you can refer to this link.
  1. Then, on the flyout, select “Integrations”.
  1. Click on “Form Integrations”.
  1. Select an already connected Webhook endpoint URL.
  1. Now select the available webhook endpoints on the flyout that you set up in step 5, and then click on the “Continue” button below.
  1. Again, click on the “Continue” button, as this is an optional step and not needed.
  1. Select the “Send by POST + JSON” as an HTTP method and click Continue.
  1. Now you will need to map your Instapage form fields to your Webhooks fields, and then click on the “Continue” button.
