How to Set up Webhooks in Harvestr

Harvestr is a product management platform that helps you leverage customer feedback and revenue data to build successful products. Track feedback, prioritize your backlog, and communicate on your roadmap – all in one place.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Harvestr to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Harvestr

  1. Login to your Harvestr account.
  1. Click on the profile icon located at the bottom left side of the screen, and then select ‘Personal settings’.
  1. Then go to Integrations, and click on ‘Harvestr Webhook’.
  1. Click on the ‘+ Add a new Webhook to organization’ button.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the ‘Request URL’ field.
  1. Click on the ‘Validate’ button to verify your added webhook. After clicking it, you will receive a response in the trigger flyout.
  1. Now choose the events from the ‘Subscribe to organization events’ section according to your trigger. For example, if you’re setting up a webhook for the ‘Message Created’ trigger, then you need to choose the ‘message_created’ event here.
  1. Click on ‘Create’ to create the webhook.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Harvestr account.

Connect Harvestr with Other Apps

If you want to connect Harvestr with other apps that you use to automate processes, you must check out SureTriggers!

Harvestr Integration can help you automate processes like:

  • Send created feedback from Harvestr to the Slack channel.
  • Create a task in Asana from a newly created message in Harvestr.

These are just some random examples of automation. SureTriggers can do a lot more!
