How to Set up Webhooks in Groove

Groove is a streamlined customer support platform designed to simplify and enhance your customer service operations. With intuitive ticketing, seamless integrations, and powerful automation tools, Groove helps your team provide exceptional support efficiently. Whether you’re a small business or a growing enterprise, Groove scales with you, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and satisfying.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Groove to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Groove

  1. Login to your Groove account.
  1. Click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and then select the “Settings” option from the dropdown.
  1. Now, on the sidebar, expand the “More” option and click the “Webhooks & API” option.
  1. Click on the “Add webhook” button.
  1. Now select the webhook event according to your trigger. For example, if you are setting up a webhook for the “Ticket Started” trigger, then you need to select the ticket_started event here.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it inside the “URL” field.
  1. Click on the “Create” button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Groove account.
