How to Set up Webhooks in Formbricks

Formbricks is a platform for building, analyzing, and managing web forms with a focus on user insights and feedback collection. It provides customizable form templates and tools for embedding forms into websites, along with analytics to track responses and improve user experience. Designed to support customer feedback, surveys, and product research, Formbricks helps businesses understand their audience better and make data-driven decisions. It also integrates with various tools, making it a flexible solution for businesses looking to gather and leverage user feedback effectively.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Formbricks to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Formbricks

  1. Login to your Formbricks account.
  1. Click on Integrations In the left sidebar.
  1. After this, go to the Webhooks section and click on Manage Webhooks.
  1. Click Add Webhook.
  1. Enter a Name for your webhook, then copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the URL field.
  1. Click the Test Endpoint button. If it shows as successful, proceed; otherwise, check your endpoint URL again.
  1. After testing the URL, choose a Trigger type for your webhook and select a specific survey, or choose the option for All current and new surveys, and click on Add Webhook.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Formbricks account.
