How to Set up Webhooks in Brevo?

Brevo is an all-in-one platform to automate marketing campaigns over Email, SMS, WhatsApp or chat.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Brevo to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Brevo

1. Login to your Brevo account.

2. Once logged in to Brevo, navigate to either the ‘Campaigns’ or ‘Contacts’ page (depending on whether it’s campaign or contact activity you want to track)”.

3. Once on either page navigate to the left sidebar ‘Settings’.

4. Now, click on ‘Webhooks’.

5. Click the “+ Add a New Webhook” button.

6. Now, copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the “URL to post to:” field.

7. Under the “When a contact is” field, Select “Added to a list” as an option.

8.. Give a description & click the ‘Add’ button.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Brevo account.
