How to Set up Webhooks in Apptivo CRM

Setting Up Webhook in Apptivo CRM

1. Login to your Apptivo account.

2. On the tap menu bar, navigate to Project Management > Projects.

3. On the Projects page, click on the three-dot menu and select ‘Settings’.

4. Navigate to Settings > Projects > Triggers > Event Based.

5. Click on the Create button to create a trigger.

6. In the Create Trigger page, add a name for the Trigger.

7. Now, select the event based on your trigger. For example, if you are setting up a webhook for the “Project Created” trigger, you need to select the “Projects Created” event.

8. In the Criteria section insert an attribute from Project Information or Project Budget.

9. Under the ‘Actions’ section from the ‘Add’ dropdown select “Call a Webhook URL”.

10. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the Post URL field. In Object JSON, you can add the name for the key/value pair.

11. Click on the ‘Create’ button to create the webhook.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Apptivo CRM account.
