How to Set Up Webhook in NaturalForms?

NaturalForms is a versatile digital forms and data collection platform that simplifies the way organizations capture and manage data. It empowers businesses to replace paper forms with digital ones, improving efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across various industries.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in NaturalForms to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in NaturalForms

1. Log in to your NaturalForm account.

2. From your NaturalForm dashboard, navigate to “Templates”.

3. Click on the “Setting wheel” of the templates for which you want to set the webhook.

4. From the setting popup click on “Output Settings” and select “Use custom output settings”.

5. Now select the “Web Apps” and from “Connector” dropdown, choose “Use new naturalForms document with webhook”.

6. Check the ‘Enabled’ checkbox.

7. Now copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it under the “Webhook URL” field.

8. Now click on the “Test” button after selecting the document from “Test the connector with document” dropdown.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your NaturalForms account.
