How to Set Up Webhook in monday.com?

monday.com is a popular team and project management platform that helps teams collaborate, organize tasks, track progress, and manage projects effectively.

It provides a visual and intuitive interface where users can create customizable workflows, set priorities, assign tasks to team members, and track project timelines. 

One of the ways to integrate monday.com with other apps and services is via Webhooks.

And in this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in monday.com to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in monday.com

​To configure the webhook URL, simply follow these steps:

  • 2. Open your board and click the ‘Integrate’ button.
  • 3. Search for the “Webhooks” in the “Integration Center” section.
  • 4. For Trigger “New Item in Board” – Choose the “When an item is created, send a webhook” option.
  • 5. For Trigger “Item Name Changed” – Choose the “When an item name changes, send a webhook” option.
  • 6. For Trigger “Any Column Value Changed in Board” – Choose the “When any column changes, send a webhook” option.
  • 7. For Trigger “Specific Column Value Changed in Board” – Choose the “When a column changes, send a webhook” option.
  • 8. For Trigger “New Update on Board” – Choose the “When a new update posted, send a webhook” option.
  • 9. For Trigger “Item Status Changed” – Choose the “When a status changes to something, send a webhook” option.
  • 10. Paste the Webhook URL in the Webhook URL field.
  • 11. Click Connect.
  • 12. Click on Add To Board.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your monday.com account.
