How to Set Up Webhook in Kajabi?

Kajabi is an online platform that provides tools and services for creating and selling digital products, courses, memberships, and online businesses.

One of the ways to integrate Kajabi with other apps and services is via Webhooks.

And in this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Kajabi to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Kajabi

1. Login to your Kajabi account.

2. First, we will go through the steps of setting up the ‘Form Submission’ Trigger Webhook

3. Navigate to Marketing > Forms from the left sidebar.

4. Click to open any form you want to set up a webhook for from the ‘All forms’ section.

5. Now, inside the form page, click on the three dots menu and select the ‘Webhooks’ option.

6. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the ‘Webhook URL’ field.

7. Click on ‘Save.’ That’s it, you’re done setting up the webhook for your first trigger, i.e., Form Submission.

8. Now, let’s proceed with setting up the second trigger webhook, ‘New Purchase’

9. Navigate to the left sidebar Sales > Offers.

10. Click to open any offer you want to set up a webhook for from the Offers page.

11. Now, inside the Offers page, click on the three dots menu and select the ‘Webhooks’ option.

12. Copy the Webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the “Purchase webhook URL” field.

13. Click on Save.

14. Note: For both actions i.e. “Grant Offer Access” and “Remove Offer Access” you will get the “Offer Activation URL” and “Offer Deactivation URL” from the same webhook popup.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Kajabi account.
