Connect Helpwise with Other Apps

If you want to connect Helpwise with other apps that you use to automate processes, you must check out SureTriggers!

SureTriggers provides several Helpwise integrations to help you automate processes like:

  • After a conversation is closed in Helpwise, trigger a follow-up email or survey to gather feedback from the customer about their support experience.
  • When a new conversation is created in Helpwise, you can send instant notifications to the appropriate support team members through email, messaging apps, or project management tools.

These are just some random examples of automation. SureTriggers can do a lot more!
