How to Set Up Webhook in HelpCrunch?

HelpCrunch is a customer communication platform that offers live chat, email marketing automation, and a knowledge base solution. 

It is designed to help businesses engage with their website visitors and customers in real time, provide personalized support, and improve customer satisfaction.

One of the ways to integrate HelpCrunch with other apps and services is via Webhooks.

And in this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in HelpCrunch to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in HelpCrunch

1. Log in to your Helpcrunch account.

2. Go to Settings > Developers > Webhooks from the left menu.

3. To add a webhook, click on Add Webhook button.

4. Select the required Event Type from the dropdown.

5. Copy the Webhook URL and paste it under the URL field.

6. Click on CREATE WEBHOOK to save.
