1. Go to go.getleadforms.com

2. Select the form you wish to set up the webhook for and click on the “Edit Form” option.

3. Click on Lead Delivery

4. Click on Webhook Settings

5. Copy the Webhook URL from SureTriggers workflow and paste it under the Webhook Post URL field.

6. Click on Create Webhook Integration
