Setting Up Webhook in Delighted

To configure the webhook URL, simply follow these steps:

• 1. Log in to your Delighted account.

• 2. Click on Integrations.

• 3. Click on Webhooks.

• 4. Click on Add a new rule.

• 5. Select All responses from Send feedback notifications for dropdown.

• 6. Copy the webhook URL & paste it into to Webhook URL field.

• 7. Click on Send test.

• 8. Click on Save & turn on.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Delighted account.
