How to Set Up Webhook in Customerly?

Customerly is a live chat software for your website with video calls that lets you boost your customer engagement.

One of the ways to integrate Customerly with other apps and services is via Webhooks.

And in this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Customerly to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Customerly

To configure the webhook URL, simply follow these steps:

  • 1. Log in to your Customerly account.
  • 2. Go to Settings.

  • 3. Click on Installation > Webhooks.

  • 4. Click on Add webhook.

  • 5. Copy the webhook URL & paste it under the Webhook URL field.

  • 6. Under the Notifications Section, select the notifications that you want to receive.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Customerly account.
