How to Set up Webhooks in TicketSpice

TicketSpice is an online event ticketing and registration platform that allows event organizers to create, customize, and sell tickets for various types of events. It offers features such as branded ticket pages, flexible pricing, integrated payment processing, and real-time reporting. TicketSpice is known for its user-friendly interface, strong customization options, and competitive pricing, making it popular for events of all sizes, from concerts to conferences.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in TicketSpice to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in TicketSpice

  1. Login to your TicketSpice account.
  1. Click on Extras in the top navbar, then select Integrations.
  1. Navigate to Integrations and click Add Integration.
  1. Choose Webhook.
  1. Enter a name for your webhook, then copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout and paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field. Then click Save & Continue.
  1. You will see a success toast and a popup ,then it will redirect you to the Webhook Settings page.
  1. Next, you will need to toggle the status to on, it will activate the webhook. Also Checkmark the event which you want to set a webhook for.
  1. Click Save and your webhook will be updated.
  1. Once your webhook is updated, you can test it by using the ‘Send a test‘ dropdown at the bottom and selecting an option.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your TicketSpice account.
