Setting Up Webhook in Modal Forms

1. Login to your Modalforms account.

2. Go to the campaign where you want to set up the webhook.

3. Click the “Create Notification” button.

4. Select the type as “Modal Collector”, “Modal Two Collector”, “Email Counter”, “Countdown Collector”, or “Request Collector”.

5. Click on the ‘Create’ button.

6. Make sure that the notification is Enabled!

7. Fill out the name of your new notification.

8. Click on ‘Data’.

9. Enable the “Send caught data to external sources” switch.

10. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the Webhook field.

11. Click on ‘Update’.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Modal Forms account.
