How to Set up Webhooks in Modal Forms

Modal Forms is an intuitive platform for creating and managing online forms, surveys, and polls. In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Modal Forms to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Modal Forms

  1. Login to your Modalforms account.
  1. Go to the campaign where you want to set up the webhook.
  1. Click the “Create Notification” button.
  1. Select the type as “Modal Collector”, “Modal Two Collector”, “Email Counter”, “Countdown Collector”, or “Request Collector”.
  1. Click on the ‘Create’ button.
  1. Make sure that the notification is Enabled!
  1. Fill out the name of your new notification.
  1. Click on ‘Data’.
  1. Enable the “Send caught data to external sources” switch.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout & paste it under the Webhook field.
  1. Click on ‘Update’.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Modal Forms account.
