How to Set up Webhooks in Copilot

Copilot empowers professional service businesses with tools to onboard clients, deliver services, and get paid. All with a modern client portal that elevates the client experience.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in Copilot to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in Copilot

  1. Log in to your Copilot account.
  1. On the left side of your dashboard navigate to “Settings”.
  1. Click on “API”.
  1. Click on the “New webhook” button.
  1. Enter a “Label” for the webhook.
  1. Copy the webhook URL from the trigger flyout, and paste it into the “Endpoint URL” field.
  1. Now check the event according to your trigger. For example, if you’re setting up a webhook for the “Client Created” trigger, then you need to select the “client.created” event here.
  1. Click on the “Update” button and save the changes.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your Copilot account.

Connect Copilot with Other Apps
