How to Set up Webhooks in MailerSend?

MailerSend is a comprehensive tool for your everyday business: send invoices, delivery updates, and forgotten password links in seconds, without even thinking about it. MailerSend integrates quickly into your tech stack, scales with your sendings, and ensures that your emails get delivered.

In this article, we’ll understand how to set up webhooks in MailerSend to receive notifications on a webhook URL.

Setting Up Webhook in MailerSend

  1. Login to the MailerSend dashboard.
  1. On the sidebar, navigate to Email > Domains.
  1. Now, create a new domain or click on the existing domain for which you want to set up a webhook.
  1. Scroll down on the page and click on the “Add webhook” button.
  1. Enter a name for your webhook.
  1. Copy and paste the webhook URL from the trigger flyout into the “Endpoint URL” field.
  1. Now, select an event from the ‘Events to send’ dropdown according to your trigger. For example, if you’re setting up a webhook for the ‘Email Sent’ trigger, then you need to select the ‘activity.sent’ event from this dropdown.
  1. Click on “Save webhook”.

That’s it! You have successfully added a webhook to your MailerSend account.

Connect MailerSend with Other Apps

If you want to connect MailerSend with other apps that you use to automate processes, you must check out SureTriggers!

MailerSend Integration can help you automate processes like:

  • Get Slack notifications for new hard-bounced MailerSend emails.
  • Unsubscribe MailerLite subscribers when new emails are hard-bounced in MailerSend.

These are just some random examples of automation. SureTriggers can do a lot more!
