How to Connect Web Apps, WordPress Sites, & Plugins With SureTriggers?
SureTriggers is an automation platform that allows you to automate your work by connecting different apps.
Whether you want to create a new task in Asana when you receive an email or send a message to your Slack channel when a new lead is added to your CRM, SureTriggers can help you automate all that and more.
In this article, we’ll go over the simple steps you need to take to connect different apps with SureTriggers.
But before we dive in, it’s important to note that there are two types of apps that you can connect with SureTriggers – web applications and WordPress plugins.
Let’s take a closer look at both.
Connecting with WordPress Plugins
With SureTriggers, you can connect your WordPress plugins like FluentCRM, LearnDash, and MailPoet or with the web apps that you use to create workflows!
And to connect a WordPress plugin with SureTriggers, you can follow the steps below:-
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Click on “Plugins” in the left-hand menu and select “Add New”.
- In the search box, type “SureTriggers” and hit enter.
- The SureTriggers plugin should appear in the search results. Click on the “Install Now” button next to it.
- Once the plugin is installed, click on the “Activate” button to activate it.
- After activation, follow the instructions on the screen to authorize SureTriggers to access your WordPress site.
- Once you’ve authorized, you’ll see the SureTriggers dashboard in your WordPress admin section.
That’s all. After authorization is complete, you can start creating workflows with the triggers and actions of the plugins installed on the site you connected.

Connecting with Web Applications
If you want to integrate the web applications you use such as Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Trello, etc. with SureTriggers, the process of connecting with SureTriggers is just as simple.
Different apps have different connection methods. Some apps would require you to create a connection via API keys, bearer tokens, or simply by login methods. But it’s very easy to connect the apps you use with SureTriggers: You can simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your SureTriggers account
- Go to the Apps screen from the left sidebar
- Click on the Add New Connection button
- Search for the app that you want to connect with SureTriggers
- Click on the app icon from the search list
- This step can be different for different apps but we have made the connection process pretty simple so you won’t get stuck. So simply follow the instructions shown on the screen.
- Save the connection.
- Once done, you can use the triggers and actions of the app, that you just connected, to your workflows.
Note: You can integrate multiple accounts of one app in SureTriggers and use them in workflows. For example – You can connect 3 Google Sheets accounts in SureTriggers and use them in the same or different workflows.
