All About Organizations and Workspaces

Overview

Based on multiple user requests, we are excited to introduce Organizations and Workspaces – a core feature designed to help you efficiently organize your multiple businesses or client accounts.

What is an Organization?

An organization in SureTriggers acts as the parent account where your billing is managed. Whenever you purchase a SureTriggers plan, it is mapped to an organization. Within an organization, you can:

  • Create workspaces.
  • Allocate tasks to workspaces.

You can manage your organization by navigating to the Organization Settings page.

What is a Workspace?

A workspace functions as a subaccount within your organization. In workspaces, you can:

  • Create connections.
  • Build workflows.
  • Manage all activities in SureTriggers.
  • Invite members to workspaces

To summarize, an organization in SureTriggers is the parent account linked to your SureTriggers plan, while workspaces enable you to allocate tasks, organize your workflows, and fully utilize the platform.

Limits

The number of workspaces you can create in an organization depends on your SureTriggers plan:

  • Pro Plan: 1 workspace.
  • Business Plan: 5 workspaces.
  • Business Plus Plan: Unlimited workspaces.

Team Members

Team members can be added to a workspace, with limits based on your plan:

  • Pro Plan: Up to 2 members per workspace.
  • Business Plan: Up to 10 members per workspace.
  • Business Plus Plan: Up to 10 members per workspace.

What About Older Accounts?

Organizations and Workspaces are launched on 15th January 2025. Prior to this update, SureTriggers accounts only had teams (now referred to as workspaces), and everything related to those teams, including billing, was managed within them.

With this upgrade:

  1. Your previous teams have been renamed as workspaces.
  2. A dedicated organization has been created for each team to handle billing and manage workspaces.
  3. All workflows and connections created before the update will now reside within the respective organization’s workspace.
