Formkeep – Formkeep is now available on SureTriggers. With this integration, you can automate the process of collecting and storing form submissions.
MightyForms – SureTriggers now supports Mighty Form, a form builder that allows you to create custom forms and surveys. You can use SureTriggers to automate the data collected from your forms to send the responses to other apps.
Native Forms – You can now integrate Native Forms with SureTriggers.
With SureTriggers integration, NativeForms users can automatically send form responses to other apps, such as Google Sheets, Trello, or Salesforce. This can save time and reduce errors caused by manual data entry.
Paperform – SureTriggers now supports Paperform. This integration allows you to automate the process of collecting form submissions and sending the responses to other apps.

New Integrations
Acumbamail: Acumbamail’s integration with SureTrigger allows you to automate your email marketing campaigns and enables subscriber management such as Add/deleting subscribers or creating subscribers list based on responses (triggers) from any other applications.
For example, you can create workflows that automate tasks such as adding new subscribers to an Acumbamail email list when they fill out a form on a website, or sending a welcome email to new subscribers when they join a list.
Dropbox: With the integration of Dropbox, managing files and collaborating with your team has never been easier. By connecting Dropbox with SureTriggers, you can upload or edit files from different sources.
Asana: Asana’s integration with SureTriggers allows users to automate tasks and create workflows between Asana and hundreds of other applications.
For example, you can create workflows that automate tasks such as creating/updating Asana tasks from new emails, creating Asana projects from new form entries, or adding a new user to a team in Asana when a new member is added to a Slack channel.
Convertbox: By integrating ConvertBox with SureTriggers, you can collect the leads from the trigger event and can automatically add the subscriber to a mailing list in a different email marketing tool, such as Mailchimp.
Todoist: Using Todoist with SureTriggers provides you the ability to automate yourtask management and connect with 100s of apps.
For Example, integrating Todoist with SureTriggers can automatically create a new task/project/label/comment in Todoist when a new event is added to a Google Calendar. This is just one simple example of the many creative possibilities!
ClickFunnel: You can use ClickFunnel with SureTriggers, to automate the subsequent processes, whenever a Contact/Order is created, updated, or deleted in Clickfunnels.
Flowlu: This comprehensive business management platform can now be integrated with SureTriggers, allowing you to easily automate your project management, customer relationship management (CRM), invoicing, and collaboration to improve your productivity.

You can create workflows to automate the subsequent processes, whenever a form submission is created, updated, or deleted in Formester.
Giphy: The integration of Giphy with SureTriggers, allows you to easily incorporate animated GIFs into your workflows and communications to add some fun and personality to your interactions.
For example, you can create a workflow that automates tasks such as sharing Giphy GIFs on social media or sending customized emails with GIFs to subscribers.
Bitly: With Bitly’s integration with SureTrigger, you can automate tasks such as shortening links and sharing them on social media, and tracking the click-through rates.
Formsite: This form builder with SureTrigger, enables you to create and customize forms and surveys to fit your business needs.
GozenForms: This form builder’s integration is now available with SureTrigger, allowing you to create beautiful and responsive forms for your website.
GetLeadForms: Using SureTriggers with GetLeadForms, you can automate the process of adding new leads or survey responses to your email marketing platform, CRM, or other applications.
For example, you can create a workflow that automatically adds new leads from GetLeadForms to your Salesforce CRM, or sends survey responses to Google Sheets.
Ultimate Member: With SureTrigger’s integration with Ultimate Member, you can automate many differentaspects of your membership site to save time and improve efficiency.
For example, you can create automation that automates tasks such as creating new members in Ultimate Member when a new user is added to another plugin, such as WooCommerce or Gravity Forms, or adding users to a mailing list when they register on a website using Ultimate Member.
MasterStudy: MasterStudy is a WordPress LMS plugin that allows users to create and sell onlinecourses.
This integration with SureTrigger enables you to easily create and manage your online courses and automate many different aspects of your online courses to save time and improve efficiency.
Project Huddle: A WordPress plugin for website & design feedback. Sticky-note style feedback on your designs and web projects can now be integrated with SureTriggers, enabling you to get notified whenever a new comment or feedback is added or whenever a comment is resolved.
Updated Integrations
In addition to these new integrations, SureTriggers has new triggers and actions for the existing apps.
BuddyBoss: Send Message Action
We’ve included a “Send Message” action in BuddyBoss that lets you send a private message to a community member when a specific event happens.
With this new action:
Send a welcome message to new members when they join your group
Send a private message to members when they reach a certain milestone or achievement
WhatsApp Cloud API – Message Notification Trigger
Our WhatsApp Cloud API now includes a “Message Notification” trigger, which instantly alerts you when you receive a message on WhatsApp. For example, you can take advantage of features such as creating a chatbot using OpenAI in response to the received message.
WordPress – Create Comment on Post
We have included the “Create comment on post” action in WordPress by which you can automatically respond to comments made on my WordPress posts. With this new action “Create comment on post” in WordPress you can engage with your audience and automate their workflow.
WordPress – Create/Update Post
You will see the additional field in WordPress – Create/Update Post action now! Earlier, the action Create/Update post only creates the new post there is no field for the update post URL.
But with these updates, we have added a dynamic field for post URL that will identify if a post exists and If the posts do not exist, a new post will be created.

New Integration – Trello
Trello is one of the most popular project management tools that our users have requested us to integrate with SureTriggers. So we have it now!
You can do multiple more actions like:-
Create a new Trello card when a customer places an order on your website.
Automatically move a Trello card to a “Completed” list when a task is marked as done in your project management tool.
Send Slack Messages when new Trello cards are created
Update the status of Jira tasks when any Trello card is moved to a different list.
We’ve also added Trello actions so you can take actions like moving cards from one status to another, archiving cards, creating comments, etc. based on the information received from your other apps.
New Integration – Calendly
Calendly is a powerful scheduling tool that allows you to easily schedule meetings and appointments without the back-and-forth of email or phone tag.
It lets you share your availability and let invitees schedule meetings with you based on your predefined rules.
This powerful tool has now been integrated into SureTriggers so you can automate your workflows and trigger actions based on events that occur in your Calendly account.
For example:-
Automatically send a follow-up email when a new invitee schedules a call with you through your Calendly meeting link.
Add a tag in your CRM tool when the invitee cancels a scheduled meeting.
The New API App
APIs are ways through which software communicate with each other to share information. Generally, developers use APIs to integrate one application to another.
But using API in SureTriggers is super easy and you can use it to connect SureTriggers with any software or service that is not even available in SureTriggers without knowing anything about coding!
For example, Shopify and Asana are not integrated into SureTriggers as of today but by setting up APIs, you can perform actions like:-
Automatically create orders in e-commerce platforms like Shopify when a Trello card is created.
Create tasks in Asana, a very popular project management tool, whenever there’s a new order created in WooCommerce.

New Integration – Google Forms (Beta)
Google Forms, the most popular form-creating platform, is now available in SureTriggers. You can trigger your workflows and do actions in other apps on submission of your Google Forms!
Note: Google is still in the process of verifying the SureTriggers to use the Google Forms app, which means that not everyone may be able to connect their Google Forms account with SureTriggers just yet. However, we’re actively working towards getting the approval and we’ll be sure to announce it as soon as it’s approved.
New Formatter Actions
Normalize accented letters
This formatter action is useful when you need to remove the accent from words that have accented letters.
For example, in French, “étudiant” has an accent on the “e,” but you may need to use this word in a context where accents are not supported or can cause issues. Accented words may cause issues when you’re sorting your Google Spreadsheets.
In such cases, you can use the Normalize Accented Letters action to convert “étudiant” to “etudiant” (removing the accent) so that it can be used in a wider range of applications.
Format phone numbers
This action helps you format the phone numbers you collect in a consistent way.
For example, you may want all phone numbers to be in the same format, such as +1 (555) 555-5555, to make it easier to read and manage the data.
The Format Phone Number action can help you achieve this by formatting the phone numbers in the desired format, regardless of how they were originally entered.
Text in Between
Sometimes you may want to extract a specific piece of information from a larger body of text.
For example, you may have a long paragraph containing a lot of information, but you only need a particular sentence or phrase.
In such cases, you can use the Text in Between action to extract the desired text.
URL Parameter Encode
This action helps you encode dynamic data to URLs when you need to add query parameters to URLs of checkout pages, forms, etc.
For example, if you need to add the user’s name to the URL as a query parameter, you can use the URL Parameter Encode action to encode the name to a URL-safe format.
Improvements
WooCommerce triggers will run with optin pages too!
Optin pages are landing pages designed to encourage visitors to take a specific action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter.
Previously, SureTriggers workflow didn’t get triggered when orders were created via optin pages, but we’ve made some improvements and now, the WooCommerce trigger will work when a user purchases any free product from any optin page.
For example, if you use CartFlows optin pages with WooCommerce and someone buys something through optin pages, you can trigger Workflows in SureTriggers.
You’ll also see coupon details in WooCommerce trigger responses!
Earlier, the trigger response for orders created, products purchased, and variable products with variation purchased triggers didn’t include the coupon fields.
But with this update, coupon details are now included in the trigger response!
You can use these coupon details, as per your convenience, to track the purchase behavior of your customers and build better marketing strategies.
SureCart order-related triggers will include product quantity!
Previously, the trigger response didn’t include quantity fields for order trigger responses. That meant users couldn’t access information on the number of products being sold.
But now, SureTriggers will fetch the number of products that have been purchased in an order. This will help you manage your inventory.

ClickUp integration is here!
A lot of our users asked us to integrate ClickUp with SureTriggers so their ClickUp accounts can be connected with different apps and they can automate the tasks that they’ve been doing it manually.
So it’s here! We’ve added ClickUp integration for you.
You can trigger your workflows based on different events like when a new folder, list task, or even when Subtasks to a parent task is created in your ClickUp space.
Similarly, you can do actions in your ClickUp account based on activities on other apps like creating tasks when there’s a new form submission, creating new subtasks automatically after a few days when a task is created in ClickUp, etc.
BTW, connecting ClickUp with SureTirgger is super easy. You don’t need to go find your API keys and all, like some other automation tools require. In SureTriggers, you simply create a new connection and log in to your ClickUp account.
That’s all. You’re ready to create workflows!
OpenAI is here – Integrate it into your workflows!
The next cool integration that we’ve added is OpenAI. It means you can now harness the power of some of the most advanced AI capabilities available in your workflow automation.
ChatGPT with the latest New GPT 3.5 Turbo API
Our ChatGPT action utilizes the latest GPT 3.5 Turbo API to generate commands based on the prompts you give from the triggers. It’s super cool and less expensive.
.OpenAI claims that GPT 3.5 Turbo is the company’s best model for many non-chat use cases. It’s 10x cheaper OpenAI’s existing GPT-3.5 models.
Our team has already created a quick handy AI chatbot on Slack to help with our curiosity.
You can also create similar workflows to draft answers to questions received over content forms, build chatbots, Draft WordPress posts in automation by sending prompts from apps like Slack, etc. Again, the sky is the limit. We cannot stop thinking of possible use cases!
DALL-E 2.0
Secondly, integration allows you to create custom images based on specific prompts. Whether you need images for social media posts, email marketing campaigns, or any other purpose, DALL-E 2.0 can help you create stunning, high-quality images that are sure to grab your audience’s attention.
Content Moderation with OpenAI
In addition to content creation, you can also use OpenAI to check moderation. With advanced language processing capabilities, you can automatically scan content to identify any profane or false language. This can help you avoid potential legal or reputational issues and ensure your content is always appropriate and accurate.
Google Drive & Calendar has been approved!
SureTriggers is now officially verified to use Google Calendar &Google Drive.
Earlier some of our users were getting an error saying that ‘This app is blocked.’ but that’s gone for good now!
So, anyone using SureTriggers can automatically create calendar events, upload files to Google Drive, and do more actions.
SureCart – New Customer-Related Triggers
Now, you can trigger your workflows when new customers are created in your SureCart account.
You can add your SureCart customers in your CRM, Email marketing tools in real-time using SureTriggers!

We’ve added one trigger event for form submission so you can add your MailPoet subscribers to other tools like FluentCRM, ActiveCampaign, etc.
And 4 actions that can help you do different actions based on trigger events of other apps like:-
Add a new subscriber
Put an existing subscriber to a new list
Remove user from a list
Change subscriber status
Now, you can connect MailPoet with different apps that you use to automate the tasks that you were doing manually earlier. 😉
Convert Pro
This integration is perfect for you if you‘re using Convert Pro and are bored of manually adding your leads to your CRMs and email marketing tools, or manually adding your form entries into Google Sheets. It’s high time that you automate all those repetitive tasks!
With this integration, you’ll be able to pass your Convert Pro Form entries to various tools like MailerLite, MailChimp, FluentCRM, Google Sheets, etc. in real-time.
FYI, we’re the first automation platform that has native integrations with Convert Pro. Meaning, you won’t find the option to connect Convert Pro in any of our competing tools!
Jira
This is the first version of Jira integration that we’ve built. It has one action that helps you create issues in your Jira projects.
Our team has started to automatically create tasks in Jira from new Slack messages. You can, too, automatically put tasks and ideas in your Jira backlog!
We’ve plans to add more actions and triggers, in the future, for Jira integration that’ll help you create more advanced workflows.
Improvement: Fetching more data for WooCommerce Triggers
For WooCommerce Triggers, we’re fetching more relevant and important data that was not being fetched earlier like:-
Line items in an order
Coupon codes used
Customer notes
Customer details
Fixed: BuddyBoss Groups were not displaying
Last but not least, we’ve fixed some bugs that were reported. These include issues with displayed group options in the dropdown for BuddyBoss groups, last fetch data issues related to WooCommerce, and Fluent Form fetch response issues.
So we’re working on building some more new integrations that you’ll be notified about in the next updates till then go ahead and give these new integrations a try, and let us know what you think!
