What's New in SureTriggers

This week, we’ve introduced five awesome new integrations that we think you’ll love.

These integrations include BuddyPress, FunnelKit Automations, Customer.io, and Delighted!

We’ve actually received numerous requests from users like yourself to add these apps to SureTriggers over the past few months. So, we listened to your feedback and made it happen!

If you’re curious about what these integrations can do for you, we’ve got all the details. Check out the complete information below to discover the different workflows you can create in SureTriggers with these integrations.

BuddyPress

This was one of the most requested integrations.

If you do not know already, BuddyPress is a free and open-source plugin for WordPress that allows you to create a social networking website or community. It provides features to build online communities, including user profiles, activity streams, groups, messaging, and more.

When you connect it with SureTrigger, things get even better. You can automate tasks and make your community website work smarter.

We’ve added 16 triggers and 13 actions for BuddyPress that can help you automate a lot of tasks.

For example, you can connect BuddyPress with gamification plugins like GamiPress to automatically award points to group members when they update their BuddyPress profile or avatar. Workflows like this would help you increase engagement in your community.

 

Customer.io

Next comes Customer.io which is a marketing software for sending automated and targeted emails, push notifications, and SMS to lower churn, and create a stronger relationship.

Integrating Customer.io with SureTriggers allows you to automate various aspects of your customer communication and marketing processes.

One such example includes event tracking and triggering emails. You can create a workflow that sends a follow-up email or a personalized message when a user completes a specific action or reaches a certain milestone.

Delighted

Delighted is a customer feedback and survey platform that helps businesses measure customer satisfaction and collect actionable insights. It allows you to gather feedback from customers through various channels, such as email, SMS, web, or in-app surveys.

Using SureTriggers, you can connect Delighted with 100s of other apps and automate repetitive tasks.

For instance, you can create a workflow to add new feedback to Google Sheets right away for analysis purposes. At the same time, you can send a quick Slack message to your team, letting them know about the feedbacks without lifting a finger.

FunnelKit Automations (CRM)

We have also added 4 triggers and 4 actions for FunnelKit CRM so you can create advanced automation workflows.

For example, you can create a workflow to automatically add tags to contacts when they complete a lesson on your LMS platform.

Additionally, you can take actions in 100s of other apps when events happen in FunnelKit CRM like new contacts being created or removed!

5 New Actions for Heartbeat

Remember that we launched a Heartbreat integration a couple of weeks ago? Well today, we’re excited to let you know that we’ve added five new actions to HeartBeat, so you can do even more cool things.

The actions that we added are:

• Add to Group
• Deactivate User
• Remove user from Group
• Find User
• Create User

Our expanded list of integrations now includes popular applications such as MemberPress Courses, GamiPress, WooCommerce Subscription, WooCommerce Membership, Events Manager, Jetpack CRM, Kadence Form, and more.

MemberPress Courses

MemberPress Courses is an addon for the MemberPress WordPress plugin that allows you to create and sell online courses on your WordPress website.

SureTriggers’ integration with MemberPress Courses allows you to automate various online learning processes.

One practical example is automatically scheduling a congratulatory Zoom meeting with your students when they complete a course.

Instead of manually reaching out to them, you can set up an automated workflow that sends them an invitation to a Zoom meeting when they complete a course!

GamiPress

GamiPress is a WordPress plugin that allows you to create a gamification system where users can earn points, badges, and achievements for completing specific actions or reaching milestones on your website.

It is a popular plugin among websites that have forum, community, membership, and eLearning functionality.

And when you use GamiPress with SureTriggers, you can automatically give points and ranks to users when they complete a specific action like completing a lesson from your LMS platform.

You can also take actions in other apps when they achieve a certain number of points or a rank like creating a celebration post in community groups hosted on BuddyBoss, BuddyPress, etc.

WooCommerce Subscriptions

WooCommerce Subscriptions is an add-on for WooCommerce that allows you to sell products and services on a recurring subscription basis.

It enables you to sell subscription-based pricing plans to your customers and earn recurring revenue.

The integration of WooCommerce Subscriptions with SureTriggers enables you to automate subscription management in WooCommerce.

For example, you can set up a workflow that automatically revokes access from your membership site if the user cancels his subscription.

WooCommerce Membership

WooCommerce Memberships allow you to create membership-based websites. It enables you to sell and manage memberships, granting access to exclusive content, products, or services to your members.

By integrating SureTriggers with WooCommerce Membership, you can automate tasks such as:

• Granting access to membership plans when they purchase a specific product.
• Removing access from membership plans when a user’s subscription ends.
• Send a WhatsApp message when a membership plan is about to expire.

These are just some random examples. You can do a lot more by connecting WooCommerce Membership with other apps.

Paid Membership Pro

Paid Membership Pro is a WordPress plugin that allows you to restrict content and sell memberships.

When you integrate Paid Membership Pro with SureTriggers, you can automate membership management tasks easily.

For example, you can send a welcome email with instructions on accessing exclusive content, provide login details, or add the member’s information to a CRM tool, when a user purchases a membership.

Events Manager

The Events Manager plugin helps you create and manage events on your website.

It provides a range of features to help you generate event listings, handle registrations, and manage ticketing for both online and offline events.

When integrated with SureTriggers, it automates the attendee management process and sends event reminders to attendees.

For example, when someone registers for an event through Events Manager, you can automatically notify the event organizer via email or update a spreadsheet with the attendee’s information.

Kadence Form

Kadence is a really popular tool for building websites using WordPress. It has a form block, which lets you easily create contact or marketing forms and style them right in the editor.

By connecting Kadence Form with SureTriggers, you can automatically send form responses and submission data to other apps.

For example, you can automatically send a Slack message to your team members when someone fills out a form.

Jetpack CRM

Jetpack CRM, is a customer relationship management plugin for WordPress.

It is designed to help you manage your customer data, track interactions, and improve sales and marketing efforts.

With SureTriggers, you can create workflows to automatically add or update contacts in Jetpack CRM, send personalized emails when contacts are added, etc.

Here’s a quick example we want to share with you.

When a customer is deleted, SureTriggers can remove them from your email marketing tool such as Mailerlite.

Pretty cool, right? Well, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. You can do a lot more with automation.

Improvements:

In addition to these new integrations, We have added new triggers and actions for WordPress.

New Comment (Trigger)

We have now enhanced the functionality of the new comment trigger by including additional details about the post and comment.

For example, when a comment is posted, you can retrieve the author’s username, the content of the comment, and the date and time of the post.

Find User Meta (Action)

We’ve included a “Find User Meta” action in WordPress that lets you find metadata within your workflows.

For example, when a new user signs up on your WordPress website, use “Find User Meta” to retrieve their name and preferences. Then, automatically send them a personalized welcome email with relevant onboarding information!

What are recipes? 🧩

Recipes are essentially ready-made templates. They help you understand how different apps can be connected together and the amazing possibilities they can create when you connect your apps.

And if you’re a beginner, recipes allow you to start building workflows without having to stare at the blank canvas screen. 

At the click of a button, you will have 70% of the workflow ready. Now, you just need to connect your apps and set up the rest of the automation.

What are the benefits of recipes?

Our recipe features countless benefits. They offer a multitude of advantages for automating your tasks. Let’s explore some key benefits:

Automation Inspiration

When you browse through the available Recipes, you’ll find lots of cool ideas for automation that you might not have thought about it before.

For instance, if you use Slack and Jira, you might not have realized that you can create tasks in Jira just by dropping a message in a Slack channel.

Imagine this: you’re chatting with your team on Slack, talking about a project or task.

Instead of switching between apps and manually creating the task in Jira, all you have to do is drop a message in the right Slack channel and a task is automatically made in Jira!

This integration between Slack and Jira is just one example of the many possibilities out there for automation.

So when you’re checking out Recipes, keep an open mind and be ready to discover new ways to simplify your work.

Time-saving

With recipes, you can import multi-step workflows into your account with apps and events selected already. All you need to do is simply configure the steps as per your needs.

If you start from scratch, you will spend a lot of time thinking about the triggers and next actions. But with recipes, we have made it easy for you.

We have connected everything between the trigger and the last action steps. You just need to fill the gaps in between.

Let’s say you have imported a recipe to create a Jira task from Slack message for convenience.

Now to make this workflow work, you just need to connect your Slack workspace and Jira account in the workflow steps.

That’s all!

Workflow Customizations

When you use a recipe as a workflow, you can customize it by adding more actions or using delays, between two actions.

Imagine you import a recipe to create Google Calendar events when a lead is collected through TypeForm.

But then you realize you want to take it a step further and send a Slack message to your team so they can connect with the lead.

Well, you can easily make that happen by including a new action within the existing workflow.

Our recipes have been thoroughly tested, and they work just the way we designed them to. You can trust that they will function as intended.

When integrated with SureTriggers, you can automate tasks like sharing an article to your profile or sharing simple text posts on your profile.

That’s not all. You can do a lot more.

For e.g., When New Form is submitted in Elementor you can share an Article or URL on LinkedIn.

Heartbeat

Heartbeat is the plug-and-play online community builder that helps you create a tailored community space with all the building blocks needed for voice calls, threads, chats, docs, calendars, directories, matchmaking, analytics, integrations, and more.

With SureTriggers integration you create or update contacts in your CRM system, such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM, based on form submissions.

Earlier in the Zoom app, we only integrated actions. However, we received numerous user requests to include triggers as well.

As a result, we developed a new app called Zoom Triggers.

GetResponse

GetResponse is a leading email marketing platform, that integrates with SureTriggers to automate your processes.

For e.g., you can automatically add new customers from an e-commerce platform to your GetResponse email list.

LearnPress

LearnPress is a robust LMS that enables educators and organizations to create and manage online courses. 

The LearnPress integration with SureTriggers opens up a world of possibilities for educators, making it easier to automate a variety of tasks.

For e.g. you can automate the process of sending personalized course completion certificates to users who complete a course in LearnPress.

Acadle

This integration allows educators to automate tasks and connect Acadle with various apps, enhancing their e-learning workflows.

SureTriggers integration with Chatwork enables you to automate actions such as sending notifications, updating project statuses, or triggering specific events based on chat interactions.

For example, when a new message is created in Chatwork, you can set up an automation to automatically create a corresponding task in your project management tool or send a notification to a specific team member. 

New Form Builder Apps in this Update

In addition to these popular apps, we’ve also added several form builder apps that help you create customizable forms.

We have added the ‘Form Submitted’ event as a trigger for these form applications.

This means that when someone fills out a form, SureTriggers can capture that data and pass it on to other apps.

Here’s the list of form apps that we added:

Met Form: You can now integrate Met Forms with SureTriggers to automate tasks and workflows using the form-based capabilities of Met Forms.

HappyForms: HappyForms is a WordPress plugin for creating custom contact forms. It’s used to collect information from website visitors for various purposes like inquiries, lead generation, surveys, and event registrations. 

With SureTriggers integration, HappyForms can automate actions based on form submissions, such as sending data to CRM systems or triggering email notifications.

Formium: With the latest update, you can connect Formium with other apps, enabling seamless automation of tasks based on form submissions in Formium.

Bit Form: Streamline your form data by automating tasks like creating tasks in Asana or Trello upon form submission.
