In this update, we’re introducing the Path and Folder features, inspired by user feedback and designed to make your automation workflows even more flexible and organized.
Paths – Simplify Your Workflows
SureTriggers now supports Paths, allowing you to create more dynamic and conditional workflows.
Paths enable you to define different routes for your data based on specific conditions.
This feature gives you the flexibility to build complex automation scenarios and ensures that your tasks adapt to various situations seamlessly.
For example, if you’re selling three different courses on an ecommerce platform like WooCommerce and want to assign courses, in your LMS tool, to the buyer based on the plan they purchased, you don’t need to create three separate workflows.
You can use Paths and fulfill this requirement in a single workflow. Further, if you require help, take a look at this article.
Folders – Stay Organized
We understand the importance of keeping your automation projects organized, especially as they grow.
With Folders, you can now group related workflows together, making it easier to navigate and manage your workflows. Keep your workspace tidy and find what you need quickly.
For example, if you have multiple workflows with a similar purpose and that solve the same problem, you can organize them in a single folder.

As the year comes to a close, we’re excited to share SureTriggers’ final update for 2023. Packed with 8 new integrations, it also brings an important change related to the task reset cycle that will make things easier for you.
Let’s talk about these task reset first.
Your task limit will reset on the 1st of every month!
Before the update
Your tasks would reset on the day you made your purchase. For example, if you bought a SureTriggers subscription on the 16th of November, your task limits would reset on the 16th of December. It was okay, but not everyone would remember the date of the purchase. So, we made some changes.
After the update
Starting 1st January, your task limit will reset on the 1st of every month.
We made this change for simplicity, so you can always remember that your task limit will renew at the start of the month. You do not have to worry about losing tasks because of this change.
If you bought a Business plan subscription (10,000 tasks) on December 16th and consumed 5,000 tasks by December 28th, your task limit will renew on January 1st, and you will get 10,000 tasks again. The cycle will go from January 1st to February 1st, February 1st to March 1st, and so on!

We’ve added some very useful features in SureTriggers that will enhance your experience with creating workflows and managing your automation tasks.
Now, you can duplicate steps in your workflows with a single click and use them in other workflows. Sounds cool? Keep reading to learn how it can help you speed up the process of creating workflows.
Along with that, you can now create multiple organizations in SureTriggers to cater to multiple projects. Within these organizations, you can invite team members and clients with different access levels to manage and view workflows.
This post will take you through the details of all the new features we’ve added, explaining how each one contributes to an improved user experience.
Duplicate & Reuse Steps of Workflow
We have added a feature that allows you to duplicate the steps in your workflow with a single click, enabling you to use them in your other workflows.
To understand how this feature helps, imagine you have a workflow that triggers when a new Trello card is created in Project A and automatically adds a task to your Todoist.
The Todoist step in your workflow includes organizing the task details, setting due dates, and assigning priorities. You’ve properly mapped your data in the step.
Now, if you want to set up the same workflow for a different Trello board, you can simply copy the Todoist step and paste it into the new workflow. This way, you will not have to map the data in the Todoist step from scratch.
Manage Organization
Imagine you work for a marketing agency, and your team handles campaigns for various clients. You’ve established multiple workflows for different clients and integrated connections to various apps for all the clients in your SureTriggers account.
Before the Update: In the past, you had to manage all client projects under a single primary account in SureTriggers. This meant that all workflows and connections for all clients were under the same project, which might not be the best way to keep your projects organized when working for multiple clients.
After the Update: Now, you can create multiple organizations within your SureTriggers account, and each organization can be a different client project so the workflows are organized.
Note: Billing happens at the organizational level. If you wish to have premium features for your entire organization, you can upgrade to the plans that best suit the needs of that particular organization. Additionally, you are entitled to keep one free organization in your SureTriggers account at all times.
Invite Team Members
Within organizations, you can invite different people to access your SureTriggers account.
For example, if you are a business owner, you can invite automation experts or team members to help you create and manage workflows. If you’re an agency that automates tasks for people, you can invite your clients to organizations so they can monitor the workflows you create for them.
These enhancements are aimed at providing you with a more robust and flexible experience on SureTriggers.
