ThriveCart

ThriveCart is an e-commerce platform that helps businesses manage online shopping carts and payments. 

When integrated with SureTriggers, you can automate tasks like adding ThriveCart customers to your CRMs and email lists, sending confirmation messages when affiliates earn a commission, or simply recording your new orders into Google Sheets.

That’s not all. You can do a lot more.

For e.g. When a new ThriveCart product is purchased add a user to the Mailchimp email list. 

Salesmate

Salesmate is a CRM software that integrates with SureTriggers, enabling you to connect Salesmate with numerous apps and automate tasks. 

For e.g, When a new Salesmate contact is created it can be automatically added to a Mailchimp email list.

Writesonic

With Writesonic and SureTriggers integration, you can automatically generate content, cold emails, or generate responses for reviews within your workflows!

It streamlines writing tasks and improves efficiency.

For e.g., you can automatically create blog posts when a new blog post idea is added to Google Sheets.

Zoom Triggers

The wait is over! We have added more triggers for Zoom!

If you do not already know, Zoom is a video conferencing and communication platform that allows users to conduct online meetings, webinars, and virtual events.

Earlier in the Zoom app, we only integrated actions. However, we received numerous user requests to include triggers as well.

As a result, we developed a new app called Zoom Triggers.

With this app, you can now automate processes such as adding webinar participants to your email list and many more.

GetResponse

GetResponse is a leading email marketing platform, that integrates with SureTriggers to automate your processes.

For e.g., you can automatically add new customers from an e-commerce platform to your GetResponse email list.

LearnPress

LearnPress is a robust LMS that enables educators and organizations to create and manage online courses. 

The LearnPress integration with SureTriggers opens up a world of possibilities for educators, making it easier to automate a variety of tasks.

For e.g. you can automate the process of sending personalized course completion certificates to users who complete a course in LearnPress.

Acadle

This integration allows educators to automate tasks and connect Acadle with various apps, enhancing their e-learning workflows.

Let’s illustrate the power of this integration with a brief example.

Imagine you run an online course and want to automate the process of enrolling students in your CRM system. 

With Acadle integrated into SureTriggers, you can create a workflow that triggers whenever a new student enrolls in your course and add their information to your designated CRM system, allowing you to manage and track student data effortlessly.

BigMarker

BigMarker is a webinar and virtual events platform that offers features like video conferencing, screen sharing, chat functionality, and event management.

Chatra

Chatra is a versatile live chat software that seamlessly integrates with SureTriggers, allowing you to automate various tasks and streamline your customer support processes.

With the Chatra-SureTriggers integration, you can connect Chatra with hundreds of other apps and create powerful automated workflows. 

For example, when a new chat is initiated in Chatra, you can set up an automation to automatically create a new ticket in your project management tool or CRM. 

Chatwork

Chatwork is a group chat app designed to help global teams communicate, collaborate and increase productivity.

SureTriggers integration with Chatwork enables you to automate actions such as sending notifications, updating project statuses, or triggering specific events based on chat interactions.

For example, when a new message is created in Chatwork, you can set up an automation to automatically create a corresponding task in your project management tool or send a notification to a specific team member. 

New Form Builder Apps in this Update

In addition to these popular apps, we’ve also added several form builder apps that help you create customizable forms.

We have added the ‘Form Submitted’ event as a trigger for these form applications.

This means that when someone fills out a form, SureTriggers can capture that data and pass it on to other apps.

Here’s the list of form apps that we added:

Met Form: You can now integrate Met Forms with SureTriggers to automate tasks and workflows using the form-based capabilities of Met Forms.

HappyForms: HappyForms is a WordPress plugin for creating custom contact forms. It’s used to collect information from website visitors for various purposes like inquiries, lead generation, surveys, and event registrations. 

With SureTriggers integration, HappyForms can automate actions based on form submissions, such as sending data to CRM systems or triggering email notifications.

Formium: With the latest update, you can connect Formium with other apps, enabling seamless automation of tasks based on form submissions in Formium.

Bit Form: Streamline your form data by automating tasks like creating tasks in Asana or Trello upon form submission.

So that was all about this update!

We’re excited to announce the beta release of our Google Docs integration that allows you to create a new Google Doc from a template or blank document using SureTriggers. This integration can save you time by automating the document creation process and ensuring that your documents are consistent and well-organized.

For e.g. When a new lead is added to your CRM, you can automatically create a new Google Doc that includes a summary of their contact information, notes from your sales team, and the next steps.

Fluent Support

With this integration, you can automate customer support processes. Like getting notified instantly on new tickets and streamline responses when customers reply.

bbPress

We’ve also added the latest integration with bbPress, a leading forum software for WordPress. With this integration, you can now automate your forum tasks and boost your productivity.

For instance,  you can now set up a workflow to notify your team members or customers whenever a new post or thread is created in your bbPress forum.

This can help you stay on top of the latest discussions and quickly respond to any inquiries or issues.

Clockify

Clockify is a time-tracking app that allows you to track your time and billable hours for different projects.

With the new Clockify integration in SureTriggers, you can seamlessly connect your SureTriggers account with Clockify and automate time tracking for your projects and tasks.

For e.g., you can automatically upload new invoices to your Google Drive account.

Book Like a Boss

It’s a scheduling tool that makes it easy to book appointments with clients and manage your schedule.

In SureTriggers, you will be able to create a workflow that triggers when a new booking is created/rescheduled/deleted in Book Like a Boss.

For e.g. when a new booking is created, you can automatically add the appointment details to your Google Calendar. This will ensure that you never miss a meeting and can stay on your schedule.

BombBomb

It is a video messaging tool that allows you to send personalized video messages to your clients and customers.

With the integration of BombBomb, you have the ability to take actions in other apps when different events happen in your BombBomb account.

And BombBomb triggers in SureTriggers work with webhook notifications sent from BombBomb in different events.

For e.g. you can send a Slack message to your team, when a contact is added to the list in BombBomb.

BulkSMS.com

It is a messaging platform that allows you to send SMS messages to your customers in bulk. You can now automate actions based on incoming SMS messages with BulkSMS integration.

For e.g. you can add a tag in your CRM tools to customers when a new message is received in BulkSMS.com.

Chargebee

We have added new triggers to the Chargebee integration, allowing you to initiate actions in other apps based on specific events in Chargebee.

These triggers will help you stay updated on changes in your subscription data and trigger subsequent actions in your workflow.

For e.g. when a new subscription is created in Chargebee. You can use this trigger to automate tasks such as creating a new customer entry in your CRM system or sending a welcome email to new subscribers.

Feedier

Feedier is a customer feedback tool that helps you collect valuable feedback from your customers and analyze it to improve your business.

You can now create a workflow that automatically triggers when new feedback is received in Feedier. This integration allows you to capture feedback from your customers or users and seamlessly incorporate it into your existing workflows and systems.

Create Automations with These Form Applications!

In addition to these popular apps, we’ve also added several form builder apps that help you create customizable forms.

MightyForms – SureTriggers now supports Mighty Form, a form builder that allows you to create custom forms and surveys. You can use SureTriggers to automate the data collected from your forms to send the responses to other apps.

Native Forms – You can now integrate Native Forms with SureTriggers.

With SureTriggers integration, NativeForms users can automatically send form responses to other apps, such as Google Sheets, Trello, or Salesforce. This can save time and reduce errors caused by manual data entry.

Paperform – SureTriggers now supports Paperform. This integration allows you to automate the process of collecting form submissions and sending the responses to other apps.

We have added support for custom fields in ClickUp, so you can now create and manage custom fields within your ClickUp tasks. This integration provides greater flexibility and customization for your workflow.

We’ve added a bunch of new integrations to our platform like Acumbamail, Dropbox, Asana, Convertbox, Todoist, ClickFunnels, Flowlu, Quickbooks, and many more.

But that’s not all – we’ve also added new triggers and actions for BuddyBoss, WordPress, and WhatsApp Cloud API.

New Integrations

Acumbamail: Acumbamail’s integration with SureTrigger allows you to automate your email marketing campaigns and enables subscriber management such as Add/deleting subscribers or creating subscribers list based on responses (triggers) from any other applications. 

For example, you can create workflows that automate tasks such as adding new subscribers to an Acumbamail email list when they fill out a form on a website, or sending a welcome email to new subscribers when they join a list.

Dropbox: With the integration of Dropbox, managing files and collaborating with your team has never been easier. By connecting Dropbox with SureTriggers, you can upload or edit files from different sources.

Asana: Asana’s integration with SureTriggers allows users to automate tasks and create workflows between Asana and hundreds of other applications.

For example, you can create workflows that automate tasks such as creating/updating Asana tasks from new emails, creating Asana projects from new form entries, or adding a new user to a team in Asana when a new member is added to a Slack channel.

Convertbox: By integrating ConvertBox with SureTriggers, you can collect the leads from the trigger event and can automatically add the subscriber to a mailing list in a different email marketing tool, such as Mailchimp.

Todoist: Using Todoist with SureTriggers provides you the ability to automate your task management and connect with 100s of apps.

For Example, integrating Todoist with SureTriggers can automatically create a new task/project/label/comment in Todoist when a new event is added to a Google Calendar.

ClickFunnel: You can use ClickFunnel with SureTriggers, to automate the subsequent processes, whenever a Contact/Order is created, updated, or deleted in Clickfunnels. 

Flowlu: This comprehensive business management platform can now be integrated with SureTriggers, allowing you to easily automate your project management, customer relationship management (CRM), invoicing, and collaboration to improve your productivity.

With the Flowlu and SureTrigger integration, users can create workflows that automate tasks such as creating/adding a project in Flowlu or creating opportunities, tasks, or invoices in Flowlu.

Quickbooks: You can now connect your Quickbooks account to SureTriggers for easy management of your finances, invoices, and business expenses.

With the QuickBooks and SureTrigger integration, you can create workflows that automate tasks such as creating invoices or expenses in QuickBooks from new form entries or creating/updating a customer in QuickBooks.

Formester: This form builder app can now be integrated with SureTriggers, allowing you to easily integrate your online form submissions with hundreds of other applications, and automate tasks between them.

You can create workflows to automate the subsequent processes, whenever a form submission is created, updated, or deleted in Formester.

Giphy: The integration of Giphy with SureTriggers, allows you to easily incorporate animated GIFs into your workflows and communications to add some fun and personality to your interactions.

For example, you can create a workflow that automates tasks such as sharing Giphy GIFs on social media or sending customized emails with GIFs to subscribers.

Bitly: With Bitly’s integration with SureTrigger, you can automate tasks such as shortening links and sharing them on social media, and tracking the click-through rates.

Formsite: This form builder with SureTrigger, enables you to create and customize forms and surveys to fit your business needs.

GozenForms: This form builder’s integration is now available with SureTrigger, allowing you to create beautiful and responsive forms for your website.

GetLeadForms:  Using SureTriggers with GetLeadForms, you can automate the process of adding new leads or survey responses to your email marketing platform, CRM, or other applications.

For example, you can create a workflow that automatically adds new leads from GetLeadForms to your Salesforce CRM, or sends survey responses to Google Sheets.

Ultimate Member: With SureTrigger’s integration with Ultimate Member, you can automate many different aspects of your membership site to save time and improve efficiency.

For example, you can create automation that automates tasks such as creating new members in Ultimate Member when a new user is added to another plugin, such as WooCommerce or Gravity Forms, or adding users to a mailing list when they register on a website using Ultimate Member.

MasterStudy: MasterStudy is a WordPress LMS plugin that allows users to create and sell online courses. 

This integration with SureTrigger enables you to easily create and manage your online courses and automate many different aspects of your online courses to save time and improve efficiency.

Project Huddle: A WordPress plugin for website & design feedback. Sticky-note style feedback on your designs and web projects can now be integrated with SureTriggers, enabling you to get notified whenever a new comment or feedback is added or whenever a comment is resolved.

Updated Integrations

In addition to these new integrations, SureTriggers has new triggers and actions for the existing apps.

BuddyBoss: Send Message Action

We’ve included a “Send Message” action in BuddyBoss that lets you send a private message to a community member when a specific event happens.

With this new action:

• Send a welcome message to new members when they join your group
• Send a private message to members when they reach a certain milestone or achievement

WhatsApp Cloud API – Message Notification Trigger

Our WhatsApp Cloud API now includes a “Message Notification” trigger, which instantly alerts you when you receive a message on WhatsApp.
For example, you can take advantage of features such as creating a chatbot using OpenAI in response to the received message.

WordPress – Create Comment on Post

We have included the “Create comment on post” action in WordPress by which you can automatically respond to comments made on my WordPress posts.
With this new action “Create comment on post” in WordPress you can engage with your audience and automate their workflow.

WordPress – Create/Update Post

You will see the additional field in WordPress – Create/Update Post action now!
Earlier, the action Create/Update post only creates the new post there is no field for the update post URL.

But with these updates, we have added a dynamic field for post URL that will identify if a post exists and If the posts do not exist, a new post will be created.

Exciting news! 

SureTriggers just got even more powerful with the addition of Trello, Calendly, & Google Form integrations. Apart from these new Integrations, we’ve added the much-awaited API app and some new formatter actions so you can create much more advanced workflows.

New Integration – Trello

Trello is one of the most popular project management tools that our users have requested us to integrate with SureTriggers. So we have it now!

You can do multiple more actions like:-

• Create a new Trello card when a customer places an order on your website.
• Automatically move a Trello card to a “Completed” list when a task is marked as done in your project management tool.
• Send Slack Messages when new Trello cards are created
• Update the status of Jira tasks when any Trello card is moved to a different list.

We’ve also added Trello actions so you can take actions like moving cards from one status to another, archiving cards, creating comments, etc. based on the information received from your other apps.

New Integration – Calendly

Calendly is a powerful scheduling tool that allows you to easily schedule meetings and appointments without the back-and-forth of email or phone tag.

It lets you share your availability and let invitees schedule meetings with you based on your predefined rules.

This powerful tool has now been integrated into SureTriggers so you can automate your workflows and trigger actions based on events that occur in your Calendly account.

For example:-

• Automatically send a follow-up email when a new invitee schedules a call with you through your Calendly meeting link.
• Add a tag in your CRM tool when the invitee cancels a scheduled meeting.

The New API App

APIs are ways through which software communicate with each other to share information. Generally, developers use APIs to integrate one application to another.

But using API in SureTriggers is super easy and you can use it to connect SureTriggers with any software or service that is not even available in SureTriggers without knowing anything about coding!

For example, Shopify and Asana are not integrated into SureTriggers as of today but by setting up APIs, you can perform actions like:-

• Automatically create orders in e-commerce platforms like Shopify when a Trello card is created.
• Create tasks in Asana, a very popular project management tool, whenever there’s a new order created in WooCommerce.

New Integration – Google Forms (Beta)

Google Forms, the most popular form-creating platform, is now available in SureTriggers. You can trigger your workflows and do actions in other apps on submission of your Google Forms!

Note: Google is still in the process of verifying the SureTriggers to use the Google Forms app, which means that not everyone may be able to connect their Google Forms account with SureTriggers just yet. However, we’re actively working towards getting the approval and we’ll be sure to announce it as soon as it’s approved.

New Formatter Actions

Normalize accented letters

This formatter action is useful when you need to remove the accent from words that have accented letters.

For example, in French, “étudiant” has an accent on the “e,” but you may need to use this word in a context where accents are not supported or can cause issues. Accented words may cause issues when you’re sorting your Google Spreadsheets.

In such cases, you can use the Normalize Accented Letters action to convert “étudiant” to “etudiant” (removing the accent) so that it can be used in a wider range of applications.

Format phone numbers

This action helps you format the phone numbers you collect in a consistent way.

For example, you may want all phone numbers to be in the same format, such as +1 (555) 555-5555, to make it easier to read and manage the data.

The Format Phone Number action can help you achieve this by formatting the phone numbers in the desired format, regardless of how they were originally entered.

Text in Between

Sometimes you may want to extract a specific piece of information from a larger body of text.

For example, you may have a long paragraph containing a lot of information, but you only need a particular sentence or phrase.

In such cases, you can use the Text in Between action to extract the desired text.

URL Parameter Encode

This action helps you encode dynamic data to URLs when you need to add query parameters to URLs of checkout pages, forms, etc.

For example, if you need to add the user’s name to the URL as a query parameter, you can use the URL Parameter Encode action to encode the name to a URL-safe format.

Improvements

WooCommerce triggers will run with optin pages too!

Optin pages are landing pages designed to encourage visitors to take a specific action, such as making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter.

Previously, SureTriggers workflow didn’t get triggered when orders were created via optin pages, but we’ve made some improvements and now, the WooCommerce trigger will work when a user purchases any free product from any optin page.

For example, if you use CartFlows optin pages with WooCommerce and someone buys something through optin pages, you can trigger Workflows in SureTriggers.

You’ll also see coupon details in WooCommerce trigger responses!

Earlier, the trigger response for orders created, products purchased, and variable products with variation purchased triggers didn’t include the coupon fields. 

But with this update, coupon details are now included in the trigger response!

You can use these coupon details, as per your convenience, to track the purchase behavior of your customers and build better marketing strategies.

SureCart order-related triggers will include product quantity!

Previously, the trigger response didn’t include quantity fields for order trigger responses. That meant users couldn’t access information on the number of products being sold.

But now, SureTriggers will fetch the number of products that have been purchased in an order. This will help you manage your inventory.
